**Definitions**• “Goldie” refers to the dog(s) belonging to the Owner staying with golden rubys gems.

•“Owner” refers to the individual(s) authorized to make decisions for the Goldie(s) during the term of their stay.

 

**Health & Safety**

• All Goldies are required to be in good health and current on flea and tick preventative treatments.

• It is mandatory that all vaccinations are up to date before the commencement of any stay.

• Any required medication must be provided in the original container with a clear veterinary label.

• Explicit written instructions are required for the administration of all medications.

• All medical conditions, allergies, or specific behavioral traits must be fully disclosed by the Owner prior to the stay.

 

**Veterinary Care**

• The Owner grants golden rubys gems the authority to seek professional veterinary consultation or medical treatment for their pet.

• The Owner accepts full financial responsibility for all costs related to emergency or necessary veterinary care.

• golden rubys gems will prioritise contacting the Owner before initiating treatment whenever possible.

• In the event the Owner is unreachable, this agreement acts as formal authorization for required medical procedures.

• All care decisions will be made with the best interest and wellbeing of the Goldie in mind.

 

**Liability**

• While golden rubys gems commits to exercising reasonable care for the safety and comfort of your Goldie(s), we cannot guarantee against unforeseen accidents.

• We maintain a secure and hygienic environment, yet golden rubys gems remains exempt from liability for injuries or illnesses sustained during the stay.

• Prevention measures are in place, but we are not responsible for Canine Influenza, Paralysis ticks, or illnesses contracted despite our standards.

• golden rubys gems is situated in Bonnells Bay; Owners acknowledge heightened environmental risks such as spiders, snakes, or insect bites.

• Owners accept all risks associated with non-urban environmental hazards existing on the property.

 

**Transport & Activities**

• We apply reasonable care during the transport of Goldies for any scheduled outings, appointments, or external activities.

• golden rubys gems is not liable for incidents, injuries, or accidents occurring during transport or while off-property.
